I completely agree with the Erma spouter regarding the rumble strips on Breakwater Rd. I've called the township regarding the problem many times yet they insist it's not a matter of dire emergency. Luckily there have been no fatalities in these accidents, yet. Come on Lower, spend the money you have wisely and prevent further accidents.
