I attended a concert to benefit hunger at the LCMR PAC April 17. Hats off to the students and staff of the elementary district. We were amazed at the level of talent in these young students. I was also amazed at the level of rudeness among members of the audience. If you attend an event and you feel the need to hold a conversation, be polite enough to go to the lobby. These people have worked very hard to put on this concert and deserve respect. To those families who feel the need to yell out their child's name, you really are embarrassing yourself and your child.
