How about the eyesore along 8th Ave. between Onondago Ave. and Rt. 109? Large, dead trees, cut logs, brush, etc. Seems to be more and more after every storm. There are "No Dumping" signs posted along this stretch which obviously means nothing. Who is creating this mess, and of equal importance, who will clean it up?
