Homeowners need to be get smart and verify their homeowner insurance has the necessary language for the renters on their property and in particular the extra liability insurance. I’m hearing some tragic stories of people renting to people they said have been cheated only to turn around and they are being sued for craziness. Bottom line, is it worth it?
