Governor Christie, please explain to the people where the transfer, mansion and two percent non-resident taxes go when a person sells their home in the State of New Jersey? If the public only knew how much money is collected from settlements on homes, they would be shocked. So, instead of taking the pensions from the public and law enforcement, pay your debt off with this "no explanation" nonsense that is collected and paid to this broke state.
