Putting Lower Township Commissioners and Attorney David Stefankiewicz on notice that failing to provide adequate EMS ( less than five minutes) and Fire protection (less than five minutes) to Diamond Beach is wrong. This is knowingly a failure of the elected leaders of Lower Township .
