The country must start safely re- opening business! I can understand some business not opening right now, however many offices should reopen. Government and private companies can reopen safely. If it is ok to work and shop at the grocery stores - what is the excuse for offices to stay closed? Social distance and wear masks! I am convinced there is no incentive for these offices to open. Employees are content to sit home and collect money. It has to stop. They will be sorry when the country is in a depression.
