A comment to the so-called "Locals" that complain about the newbies, not shoobies that are investing in the area. We are buying homes that you don't want. The opportunities are here for you too, but you would rather complain about us. This is a beautiful area that you take for granted. We take your run-down properties and turn them into amazing 2nd homes and vacation rentals. You do have options. Join the new trend. Bottom line, we aren't going anywhere.
