The stock market is forward looking, and the reason for its increase are caused by multiple factors, including the hope that Biden loses the election, and the slim possibility we avoid recession. Thanks to Joe Biden’s inflation, and the need for large interest rate increases, the average mortgage cost went up 90% between 2020 and 2023! 90!! Joe Biden delivers unaffordable to the American public one again! Everybody loves getting less and paying more! Or so the Dems say. I don’t believe them though.
