The Cape May spouter couldn't be more wrong about needing beach replenishment. We do not need beach replenishment! If your house washes into the ocean, so be it. Anyone that choses to live near the beach should do so at their own risk and own expense. Don't ask taxpayers to protect your home because you choose to live in the riskiest location possible! Beach replenishment is welfare for the wealthy.
