Is anyone surprised that police departments all over the country except in Florida are having trouble hiring? That blue states have it worse than red? That’s what happens when one treat’s people like chess pieces that they can just move around on a whim. And you can’t treat people, especially professionals who risk their lives at times, and might one day pull your/my sorry butt out of a burning car, like they are worthless, and what they do is worthless. I saw this coming from outer space, why didn’t the people we pay to know such things? Think you can do better? Give it a try. Doubt you can.
