Is anyone questioning why we have landscaping contractors using our Lower Township recycling center on Seashore Road to dispose of their contracted-landscaping debris, and also having the luxury of free mulch being loaded onto their truck by our LT backhoe? I'm a taxpayer of Lower Township and observe many a contractor dropping off their debris and loading up on mulch on our taxpayer dime. No wonder there isn't any mulch for the taxpayers, and in the meantime, we are paying for contractors to have free use of our recycling center. Why?
