Any NJ teacher can tell you that the new teacher evaluation process is as meaningful as bull waste. Some administrator that got out of the classroom as fast as they could, comes into your classroom and looks for anything to criticize. Teachers and schools aren't failing, students are! You can't force students to learn if they are unwilling or unable to learn. Teachers can't select their students. God help the teachers that have the misfortune of having bad classes loaded with unintelligent or problematic students, while those with good classes have no worries.
