The amount of sexual activity occuring on Higbee Beach in BROAD DAYLIGHT is absolutely disgusting, concerning, and ILLEGAL. Sex should be in the bedroom, not on the beach. 11:30 AM on a Saturday; 8/19/2023 the entire beach witnessed a person engaging in sexual activities. Lower cops were late to the call, NJDEP sent someone down around 2:30. WHAT A DISGRACE. Contrary to popular belief Higbee Beach is no longer a nudist beach and hasnt been in over 25 years. All I have to say is; SMILE YOURE ON CAMERA NOW.
