Agree with letter to editor, January 22, about seeing a nurse, not a doctor. Find it unacceptable when going to a specialist. I get charged a higher copay to see a specialist, yet I am seen by a nurse. Isn't that insurance fraud? If I am charged to see specialist I want to see a board certified specialist doctor. Should just be standard practice.
