Local 331 Teamsters need to do better for our Mua employees. Members are working hard, paying dues, and expecting our union to fight for a contract that reflects our value. Instead, the bargaining effort has been underwhelming and lacks any real sense of urgency. We don’t need excuses or empty promises—we need results. If this is the level of representation our dues are buying, members have every right to demand accountability and ask why we aren’t getting the contract we deserve. Maybe it’s time to consider leaving this joke they call a union. It is blue flu season!
