NYC Mayor Mamdani promised things that cost money for free to anybody who would listen and shake hands but now find out he doesn’t have money to deliver on any of his promises. What does he do? Raises the estate tax to 50% and corporate to 11.8%, that’s just city. He’s shocked high net worth individuals leave and won’t come back, making his solution of “tax the rich” an empty promise. They can’t be taxed, they now live in another state. Can’t tax the addicts and illegals left behind.
