Just stayed in lovely Cape May and was taken aback as I saw Lineman installing cable and repeatedly cut zip ties and let the excess PVC strap drop to the street.( 4 man crew). these strips will eventually wind up in your beautiful waters .Taught my grandkids the outcome and picked up 30 pieces on Huges Street alone.Just after viewing a pod of dolphins feeding off the beach.Little Help!!
