Just read the story about Upper Township adopting a noise ordinance. Looking at the picture of the mayor and council I could not help a little chuckle and thought, my, that’s a real pleasant looking group you have there. Also wondered what whoever was speaking to them at that moment was discussing. what a bunch of sour pusses.
