It's Saturday and I'm sitting in my house at 4pm with my windows closed and earpods in. Why? Becasuse a neighbor has been blasting music for hours!! Yet the NWPD will do nothing about it because the noise ordinance does not apply until 11pm. And I wonder why the horrible woman up the block allows the music to be blasted that loud. Sadly, consideration for others seems to be a thing of the past.
