It’s really time for LTES to look into outsourcing some of these jobs in the custodial staff. The cost of each employee with benefits run around 80,000+ a year. We have a night supervisor with benefits that are over 100,000 a year. We have a person that delivers lunches to the schools which should be a part-time job making over 80,000 here with benefits. Our school board should be looking into this other districts, have done it.
