It's horrible that us Snowbirds are losing our shirts and can't dump these Florida condos that have dropped 10% in value in 12 months. Costs for everything are skyrocketing like HOA, all insurances if you can get it, repairs, healthcare and groceries. The only thing worse than the traffic and humidity is the arragance of all the open gun carrying people who shouldn't even be allow to drive. Most of the people down here are either drunk, stoned or running a scam when their not quoting the Bible. The Village is more like The High School.
