It seems like the recent DEP Real changes only managed to upset both the business/real estate folks and environmentalists. It's also strange to me how the rise in sea level will be less given all that's being done on the national level to attack clean energy and ignore climate change. On the other hand, the plan didn't seem well thought out or explained particularly well. Maybe the new governor should just start over.
