It may be time to amend the structure of our government combining the House and Senate into one deliberative body. Obviously the current House/Senate structure doesn’t serve the people because the two bodies can’t agree on ANYTHING. Recent example. The House passed a permanent daylight saving time bill but the Senate disagrees and probably won’t pass the bill. If they can’t agree with the time,then what can they ever agree on.? The country is stuck in the mud , nothing is being done to help the American citizens with no hope of any improvement. Change the structure. Pass bills . H
