It is 2026, can some brainiack please come up with the formula of the correct amount of salt/brine needed to prevent ice on a roadway. The present method of "dumping the load" is ridiculous. This stuff eats away at our cars, damages the ecosystem and is hard on the asphalt so we get more of these costly and disruptive repaving projects. Figure it out and do it right.
