I totally understand the use and purpose of the Title 8 and Titl

Island of Cape May & Naples, FL - I totally understand the use and purpose of the Title 8 and Title 42 procedures at our boarders. These procedures insinuate that any person that is afraid to return to their original home location can apply for asylum. Well, I just heard that about 2,000 people are afraid to return to their home location in Philadelphia and are seeking asylum in Bucks and Montgomery counties. OK, OK, this is not really true but, it does almost sound like a reasonable possibility. What say you Stone Harbor Spouter extraordinaire?
