Is the Stone Harbor Beach Patrol anti-fun? Everyone has to be in a straight line in front of the lifeguard stand and can't go out past their waist. And when asked the guards say it's because their supervisors said so. Maybe the superiors on SHBP should loosen up a bit and allow people to actually have fun in the ocean.
