Sea Isle City

Is it true that the owner of the dirt lot actually got approval from the city’s board to build something and then realized that he needed affordable housing and he was told he couldn’t build the plans submitted and approved. Who is at fault for this error? The owner of the land or the board that approved the plans? And now the city wants to work with the owner by getting it approved as a “need of redevelopment”. What is going on in this town? Who’s running the town? Well I’m sure whatever goes up there will make the entry way into the town better then it is now. Two empty lots doesn’t look good
