Interesting to watch Joe Biden at the Obama Library Ceremony. He was "indoors" wearing his aviator sunglasses and standing as still as a manikin. I get it, he has every right to be there but clearly the man is not well and hasn't been for years. The way his wife parades him around, as she did for four years in the White House, she should be ashamed of herself.
