The Lower Township resident opined (in capital letters) that the removal of political signs was UNLAWFUL. No citation. The posting of political or Non-political advertisement must be approved in advance by the Landowner. A R.O.W. is granted for the purpose of transportation, utilities, etc. : they no not normally extend to the posting of signs.
