In response to the spout about RMT kids vaping. It certainly could happen in class w/ a sub but you need to understand that the admin there is LAX. Consequences are nil, which emboldens even worse behavior. The same is true academically. There is a zero retention policy so if a kid fails everything they still move on. This of course reinforces lack of effort. My kids went through RMT so I know what goes on. I then sent them to Tech for HS because the LCMR principal also lacks competence. Tech has been great though.
