In order to be eligible for a free membership at the Sea Isle City Community Center, an individual must be a full-time resident. I do not believe it is reasonable to request a tax record or lease agreement as proof of residency, as a driver's license should be adequate. Additionally, what about the free memberships provided to Sea Isle employees and friends who do not reside in the town? This appears to be another instance of abuse by the city.
