In my humble opinion, eight weeks is way too short of a time for ICE officers to have training. My personal feeling is that way more enhanced training is needed, so that situations between law-abiding citizens and those carrying out their duties don't interfere. The way it looks from my perspective is like a live-action high speed video game where there are no rules and chaos erupting from all ends. My concern isn't what is happening, and I'm not around to interfere... my primary concern is my own safety. I would strongly advocate for longer training and better communication methods.
