IMO the ICE agent panicked when he fired. Why? He'd been dragged 50 yds before by a protestor, and video shows bricks and snowballs were thrown at ICE. The woman was definitely there to cause trouble; her girlfriend set up to film the altercation. Its tragic. IMO he didn't need to shoot, but given past events probably had PTSD. Nor should she have been instigating trouble. These aren't peaceful protests and if you don't think they're pushed by enemies of the US, you're naive. We're doing it in Iran. If you want to support illegal immigrants, make your voice heard peacefully.
