I'm hearing that the Lower Township MUA is funding a trip to Australia for the Executive Director to attend a conference. How is this expense justified, and more importantly, how does it benefit the MUA and the ratepayers of Lower Township? Is this truly a necessary and feasible use of public funds? The MUA Board should be focusing less on questionable expenditures and more on supporting and retaining the hardworking men and women who keep township's infrastructure running 24/7. That's where the real investment should be.
