I'm 76 years old and I've lived through many national tragedies. After each of these, our Presidents, Republican and Democrat, would speak to the nation and do their best to unite and heal the country. All Presidents except this one. Trump just continues to spew hatred and contempt for his opponents, and divides us instead of uniting us. He ignors right wing violence, e.g., Minnesota lawmakers, Gov Shapiro, Nancy Pelosi's husband, Jan 6th, Gov. Whitmer, etc. It's time for Trump to accept his responsibility as our nation's leader and try to unite us before it's too late!
