If you want to see what’s driving a lot of the inflation just try to buy a solid state hard drive or memory for your computer. Prices have risen on new computers too because we’re competing with data centers for all of it. Copper wiring, Ethernet wiring and hardware, computer chips, and most of all electricity, we’re competing with people with unimaginable amounts of money. People and business need tech upgrades and it’s expensive, those costs are added to their products. That’s inflation. Big inflation. Data centers will eat us if we let them. Never let the machines build themselves
