If you think its ok when states won’t help ICE enforce fed. law (10th Amendment) I assume you also think states shouldn’t have had to enforce Brown v. Board, the Civil Rights or Voting Rights Acts etc... And that states should’ve been able to secede because they didn’t like fed. laws inhibiting the expansion of slavery. Ike had to use the 101st Airborne, JFK had to use US marshals etc. Lincoln had to fight a war and Trump has to use ICE. If states’ rights is the principle upon which you stand, it would be hypocritical to condemn the racists who used that argument in our past.
