If tourists come to Cape May, Stone Harbor, Avalon, Sea Isle, and pay for parking to go to the beach-which requires a beach tag or day pass, what makes anyone think having metered parking for a FREE beach is unreasonable? Diamond Beach is very popular for bathing and with N. Wildwood, Wildwood, and Crest all having metered parking, in addition paid parking lots, this proposal does not seem that unreasonable to me.
