If Lower Township Elementary is in such dire financial straits, why do they need a Curriculum Supervisor and a Supervisor of Academic Achievement? Does any other district have that position? It sounds made up to me. Test scores are far from great. One salary could save a lot of money. Also, if there are basically two curriculum supervisors, why are they paying for outside curriculum training?
