If anyone believes that the Republicans will do anything about health care premiums if Democrats reopen the government you are completely uninformed . Their moto should be a line from Scrooge, decrease the surplus population. Even with the government shutdown there is no reason why congress cannot be negotiating at this time to have the plans ready to initiate.
