I’d like to thank the Herald for Spout Off. Over the past year, it’s become clear how quickly our Mayor responds to issues raised here and here alone. It may be the most effective way to get anything done in this town. So here’s one: what is happening with fire inspections? Calls and emails go unanswered. The optics of wasting tax dollars and costly inspection fees on mismanagement are poor. Everyone is talking about it. We demand responsiveness and accountability.
