I was reading past commissioner meeting notes and found some from a 12/9/25 meeting where the union president spoke. She pleaded with the county to work together to agree on a new contract after criticizing management . Was this before or after you decided to toss the idea of a 4.75% raise? Maybe take some negotiation classes.
