I was on the boardwalk Sunday Aug 30 around 10:45pm. The wolf or wolf dog was on the boardwalk. Two different police officers on bikes rode by about five minutes apart. Saw the wolf dog, did not say a word. Why is this allowed? I thought dogs were banned from the boardwalk.
