I want to make it clear that this is not about building and development. It us about common courtesy. Since when is it acceptable for a builder to block off an entire block of Ocean Drive ( at lunchtime) so they can deliver materials. They were loading materials on the side ofcthe project and blocked both sides of the street. Where were the police? I don't mind waiting for one lane traffic going back and forth BUT to block both lanes, like they had some official capacity, at lunchtime at the Wawa is ridiculous.
