I totally agree with the Villas spouter about needing an audit of our Lower Township departments. Shame DOGE couldn’t come take a look at local government, and find ways to spare taxpayer money, and make things more efficient. The council approved over 3 million dollars in funding for a new public works building. How about funding for more trucks and staff? Some of us have been waiting for months for leaf and branch pick up. By the time they pick up the debris the leaves will be changing and falling again. Too top heavy down here, nothing gets done. Spend, spend, spend.
