I think it’s time for the deputy manager/HR officer to step down. A narcissist is someone who believes they are always right, refuses accountability, and dismisses criticism even when proven wrong. A perfect example is creating a hostile work environment, fighting hardworking employees, rewarding yourself with raises, and constantly brushing concerns aside. Employees deserve leadership that supports staff, not leadership driven by ego, favoritism, and control.
