I see a saying going around that Biden and Obama didn’t get congressional approval to take out terrorist leaders, to justify Trump taking Maduro without it. Obama and Biden already had approval from congress with AUMF(authorization for military force)/PL 107-40(public law 107-40) this was unanimously approved by Congress to allow the president to take down any terrorist associated with 9/11. Im glad maduro is gone, but this was done haphazardly, with no exit plan and stop talking about taking over other countries.
