I saw a person in our basin riding an electric surfboard. He fell off and the empty board ran into a new piling which shook upon impact. If it had run into a person at that speed, the person probably would not have survived. Those boards are dangerous and should only be used far out in the ocean beyond all swimmers after hours or in the middle of the bay away from all kayaks and swimmers. Let's make an ordinance for the sake of safety.
