I read in the Herald about Middle Township's mayor speech at the Chamber of Commerce, touting recent housing development such as Stone Harbor Lakes as affordable housing!!?? I wonder how many municipal workers, teachers, or police can afford the $800,000+ prices for these townhouse/homes? Affordable, I think not!
